Drain 1 qt fresh oysters and cook in saucepan just long enough to curl edges of the oysters. Remove and cut into small pieces with scissors. Add to the cooked vegetables above. |

Cook 1 cup giblets, chop and add to above. |

Add 6 slices toasted bread which has been torn into small pieces. If mixture is too dry, add some of the broth the giblets were cooked in, or else add about 1/2 cup gravy the turkey or chicken produced while cooking. |

Season with 1t salt, 1/4t cayenne, 1t seasoned pepper, 1t Accent |

Add 1/2 cup of the gravy made from the turkey or chicken drippings plus 3t salt, 1/4t cayenne, 1t seasoned pepper, 1t sage. |

Place in casserole and bake in 350 degree oven until heated thoroughly, but not dried out. |
