INGREDIENTS:
3 each cucumbers 2 each scallions, sliced thin 1 t korean sesame oil
2 t cider vinegar 1 t hot red chili powder, or to taste 1/2 t salt
1/2 t sugar



1 Trim both ends of the cucumbers and cut off 2 narrow stips of skin from each to produce a design. Slice the cucumbers thin, diagonally.
2 Mix all the ingredients together and toss the salad well. Serve cold or at room temperature.
