| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 3 each cucumbers | 2 each scallions, sliced thin | 1 t korean sesame oil |
| 2 t cider vinegar | 1 t hot red chili powder, or to taste | 1/2 t salt |
| 1/2 t sugar | ||
| 1 | Trim both ends of the cucumbers and cut off 2 narrow stips of skin from each to produce a design. Slice the cucumbers thin, diagonally. |
