INGREDIENTS:
2 (8-1/2 ounce) packages corn muffin mix 10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled 3/4 cup strawberry or blackberry preserves



1 Preheat oven to 400 F. Prepare muffin mix according to package directions; stir in bacon. Fill paper-lined 2-1/2 inch muffin cups 1/3 full. Drop 2 level teaspoons preserves in center of each. Add remaining batter to fill cups 3/4 full. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pans. Serve warm.
