| 1 cup yellow beans, boiled and drained | 2 tablespoons coconut milk | 2 tablespoons ground peanuts |
| 2 teaspoons sugar | 3 cloves garlic | 1 medium red chili |
| 1 stalk lemongrass | 2 tablespoons vegetable oil | |
| 1 | Combine all ingredients, except oil, in a food processor. Blend until finely chopped and well combined. Heat oil in pan, stir-fry all ingredients and simmer for 2 minutes. Cool before serving. |
