| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 pound ground beef | 1 large onion, chopped (1 cup) | 1/2 cup uncooked instant rice |
| 1/2 teaspoon pepper | 1/2 teaspoon salt | 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed tomato soup |
| 1/4 cup water | 4 cups coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage | |
| 1 | Heat oven to 400 F. |
| 2 | Cook beef and onion in 10-inch skillet over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Stir in rice, salt, pepper, soup and water. |
| 3 | Place coleslaw mix in ungreased 2-quart casserole. Spoon beef mixture over coleslaw mix. |
| 4 | Cover and bake about 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly. |
