Beef Stew Bake

INGREDIENTS:
1 package (10 ounces) frozen mixed vegetables 1 pound ground beef 1 medium onion, coarsely chopped (1/2 cup)
1 package hamburger helper mix for beef stew 2-1/2 cups hot water 2 teaspoons chili powder



1 Heat oven to 375 F. Rinse frozen vegetables with cold water to separate; drain.
2 Cook beef and onion in 10-inch skillet over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain.
3 Mix beef mixture, vegetables, potatoes, sauce mix, water and chili powder in ungreased 2-quart casserole or rectangular baking dish, 11x7x1-1/2 inches.
4 Cover and bake about 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with croutons. Bake uncovered 5 minutes.
