| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar | 1/4 cup margarine or butter, softened | 1 egg |
| 1 cup can milk | 2 cups biscuit baking mix | 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa |
| 1 (9-ounce) package condensed mincemeat, crumbled | 18 solid milk chocolate candy drops | 1/2 cup confectioners sugar |

| 1 | Preheat oven to 375 F. In large bowl, beat brown sugar and margarine until fluffy. Add egg and milk; mix well. Stir in biscuit mix, cocoa and mincemeat until moistened. Fill greased or paper-lined 2 1/2 inch muffin cups 3/4 full. Top with candy drop; press into batter. Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Cool in pan on wire rack 5 minutes. Remove from pan. Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix confectioners sugar and water; drizzle over warm muffins. |
