INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons fermented anchovy sauce or paste 1/2 cup water 2 teaspoons vinegar
2 tablespoons crushed pineapple 1/4 stalk lemongrass, finely chopped 1 red chili, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed 1 teaspoon sugar pinch of pepper



1 Combine all the ingredients and stir well. Season to taste with pepper and sugar.
