Cappuccino Cheesecake Bars

INGREDIENTS:
Crust: 1-1/2 cups margarine or butter, softened 1 cup sugar 1 quart all purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon salt Cheesecake Filling: 2 tablespoons instant coffee 1 lb. cream cheese, softened
2-2/3 cups sweetened condensed milk (Not evaporated milk) 1/3 cup whole eggs 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 cups chopped walnuts, toasted


1 Preheat oven to 350 F
2 In mixer bowl, beat margarine and sugar until fluffy.
3 Add flour and salt; mix until blended.
4 Press crust mixture evenly on bottom of well-greased pan.
5 Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown
6 Dissolve coffee in water
7 In mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
8 Gradually add condensed milk, mix until smooth.
9 Add eggs, vanilla and coffee mixture; mix well.
10 Pour cheesecake filling mixture evenly over baked crust; sprinkle with nuts.
11 Bake 25 minutes or until set.
12 Cool; chill.
13 Refrigerate unused servings.
