| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 6 thick pork chops | salt and red pepper | 1-1/2 cups sauterne wine |
| 1 cup chopped bell pepper | 1 cup chopped onion | 1 clove garlic, chopped |
| 3 tbsp. soy sauce | 1 can (15oz.) pineapple chunks | |
| 1 | Salt and red pepper the chops, and brown them slowly in a skillet. Add wine, bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Cover and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove pork chops, being sure to keep them warm. |
| 2 | Add the soy sauce and syrup from pineapple. Stir until more or less thick. Add the pineapple chunks and bring to a boil. Serve over pork chops and hot cooked rice. |
