| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| Crust: 1 quart 2 cups graham cracker crumbs | 3/4 cup confectioners sugar | 1-1/2 cups margarine or butter, melted |
| 1 quart 3-1/2 cups flaked coconut | 3 cups sweetened condensed milk (Not evaporated milk) | Chocolate Glaze: 4oz semi-sweet chocolate |
| 1 teaspoon vegetable shortening | ||
| 1 | Preheat oven to 350 F |
| 2 | In bowl, combine crumbs and sugar |
| 3 | Add margarine; mix well. |
| 4 | Press, crust mixture firmly on bottom of lightly greased pan. |
| 5 | Sprinkle coconut over crust. |
| 6 | Slowly pour condensed milk over coconut. |
| 7 | Bake 18-25 minutes or until set but not brown. |
| 8 | Cool. |
| 9 | In saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate with shortening. |
| 10 | Drizzle with chocolate glaze. |
