INGREDIENTS:
1 cup pure maple syrup 1-1/2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey



1 Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
2 Serve warm with pancakes.
