INGREDIENTS:
BURGERS: 1 (12.8-oz) pkg. (4 burgers) Frozen Harves Burgers SAUCE: 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt 1 oz (1/4 cup) crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup sliced ripe olives, drained 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper SANDWICHES: 24 fresh spinach leaves
4 (6-inch) pita (pocket) breads, halved



1 Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Cook burgers in sprayed skillet as directed on package.
2 Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine all sauce ingredients; mix well.
3 To assemble sandwiches, place 3 spinach leaves in each pita bread half. Cut burgers in half; place half burger in each pita bread half. Top each with 2 tablespoons sauce.
