| BURGERS: 1 (12.8-oz) pkg. (4 burgers) Frozen Harves Burgers | SAUCE: 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt | 1 oz (1/4 cup) crumbled feta cheese |
| 1/4 cup sliced ripe olives, drained | 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper | SANDWICHES: 24 fresh spinach leaves |
| 4 (6-inch) pita (pocket) breads, halved | ||
| 1 | Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Cook burgers in sprayed skillet as directed on package. |
| 2 | Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine all sauce ingredients; mix well. |
