| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 6 eggs | 3/4 tsp. salt | 1/8 tsp. pepper |
| 1/3 cup milk | 2 Tbsp. butter | 1/2 cup Chorizo (fresh or store bought) |
| 1 | In a bowl, beat eggs lightly. Add seasonings and milk. In a skillet, heat butter. Add chorizo and eggs and scramble. Cook over low heat, stir slowly. Do not allow eggs to become overly dry. |
