INGREDIENTS:
6 eggs 3/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 cup milk 2 Tbsp. butter 1/2 cup Chorizo (fresh or store bought)



1 In a bowl, beat eggs lightly. Add seasonings and milk. In a skillet, heat butter. Add chorizo and eggs and scramble. Cook over low heat, stir slowly. Do not allow eggs to become overly dry.
2 Serve with hot buttered flour tortillas.
