INGREDIENTS:
2 large avocados, mashed 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 small yellow onion, chopped
1 minced garlic clove (or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp salt dash pepper
1 Tbsp. Pimientos 2 Tbsp. green chiles, chopped 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise



1 Thoroughly mash avocados until creamy. Add lemon juice, mix. Then add onion and minced garlic. Add salt, pepper and pimientos. Add chiles, mix thoroughly. Add mayonnaise and whip to creamy texture.
