INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup fruity, extra-virgin olive oil 1 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 1 large clove garlic, cut in thin lengthwise slices
1/4 teaspoon coarse salt 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
coarse-grated Parmesan



1 In a lidded jar, combine all ingredients except Parmesan. Shake well. When ready to serve, shake again and pour onto saucers.
2 Sprinkle with Parmesan. Use as a dip for crusty bread.
