| 1/2 cup fruity, extra-virgin olive oil | 1 tablespoons balsamic vinegar | 1 large clove garlic, cut in thin lengthwise slices |
| 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt | 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper | 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary |

| 1 | In a lidded jar, combine all ingredients except Parmesan. Shake well. When ready to serve, shake again and pour onto saucers. |
