| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 package (16.1 ounces) nut quick bread mix | 1 egg | 1 cup milk |
| 1/4 cup vegetable oil | 1 cup mini chips semi-sweet chocolate | 1/3 cup fruit preserves, any flavor |
| 1 | Heat oven to 400 F. Grease or paper-line 18 muffin cups (2-1/2 inches in diameter). In large bowl, combine bread mix, egg, milk and oil. Beat with spoon 1 minute. Fold in mini chips chocolate. Spoon into muffin cups, filling 1/4 full. Spoon 1/2 teaspoon preserves into center of batter. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full with batter. Bake 20 to 22 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from pan. Serve warm. |
