| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 3 garlic cloves, peeled | 10 sweet chili peppers, seeded | 1 teaspoon salt |
| 1 teaspoon black pepper | juice of 3 lemons | 1/2 cup olive oil |
| 1 | Grind all the dry ingredients in a mortar. Add the lemon juice and oil and mix well. |
