INGREDIENTS:
1 (1 to 1-1/2-pound) flank steak 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 tablespoon plus 1-1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
3 tablespoons vinegar 3 tablespoons lemon juice 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce 1-1/2 teaspoons salt 2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt



1 Place steak in a large shallow container.
2 Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well; pour over steak. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours, turning steak frequently.
3 Remove steak from marinade. Grill over hot coals 10 to 12 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. To serve, diagonally slice steak across grain into thin slices.
