| 2 pounds large fresh shrimp, unpeeled | 1/2 cup vegetable oil | 1/2 cup lemon juice |
| 1/4 cup soy sauce | 3 tablespoons finely chopped parsley | 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion |
| 1 clove garlic, crushed | 1/2 teaspoon salt | 1/2 teaspoon pepper |
| 1 | Peel and devein shrimp, and place in a large shallow container. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well; pour over shrimp. Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours, stirring shrimp occasionally. |
