Party Barbecued Shrimp

INGREDIENTS:
2 pounds large fresh shrimp, unpeeled 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup soy sauce 3 tablespoons finely chopped parsley 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, crushed 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper



1 Peel and devein shrimp, and place in a large shallow container. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well; pour over shrimp. Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours, stirring shrimp occasionally.
2 Remove shrimp from marinade, and thread on skewers. Grill skewered shrimp over medium coals 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Transfer shrimp to a serving platter. Serve shrimp on wooden picks
