| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2 cups liquid yeast | 2 cups rolled oats | 2 teaspoons sugar |
| 1 teaspoon salt | 1 tablespoon butter | white flour |
| 1 cup chopped peanuts | ||
| 1 | Mix together first 5 ingredients, and then add white flour as long as you can stir it; beat well; let rise overnight; stir up well overnight; stir up well in the morning; add one cup of chopped or ground peanuts. Pour in a buttered baking pan and set in a warm place to rise; when light bake in a moderater (350 degree) oven for 1 hour. |
