| 1 tablespoon butter | 2 tablespoons olive oil | 3 cups cooked rice |
| 3 cups cooked calypso beans | salt to taste | Curry powder to taste |
| 1 | Heat the butter and oil in a large skillet. Add the rice and beans. Saute over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Season to taste. |
