INGREDIENTS:
3 medium tomatoes, quartered 3 medium-size yellow squash, sliced 1 small onion, sliced
1 teaspoon minced fresh basil 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons butter or margarine



1 Place tomatoes, squash, and onion on a large piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil; sprinkle with basil, salt, and pepper. Dot with butter. Fold foil edges over, and wrap securely. Grill packet over medium coals 20 to 25 minutes, turning after 10 minutes.
