Liver Dumplings

INGREDIENTS:
2 Tbs. butter 1/4 lb. liver, mashed 1 whole egg
1 clove garlic, mashed 1 cup bread crumbs 1 tsp. marjoram



1 Mash the butter with the egg. Add the mashed liver, marjoram, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Slowly mix in as much of the bread crumbs as needed to form a thick paste. Mix well. Put spoonfuls in soup or broth, cook for 10 minutes.
