| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2 Tbs. butter | 1/4 lb. liver, mashed | 1 whole egg |
| 1 clove garlic, mashed | 1 cup bread crumbs | 1 tsp. marjoram |
| 1 | Mash the butter with the egg. Add the mashed liver, marjoram, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Slowly mix in as much of the bread crumbs as needed to form a thick paste. Mix well. Put spoonfuls in soup or broth, cook for 10 minutes. |
