INGREDIENTS:
2 medium potatoes 1 medium onion 3 cups anchovy soup stock
3 tablespoons bean paste



1 Peel and cook potatoes and onions cut into cubes. It is important that potatoes hold its shape, so do not over cook.
2 Season anchovy soup stock with bean paste: 1 tablespoon bean paste to 1 cup soup stock. Add cooked potatoes and onions.
3 If you prefer it spicy, add red pepper powder or red pepper paste when the soup is done.
