Mango and Passion Fruit Frozen Yogurt (Yogurt Congelado de Mango y Parcha)

INGREDIENTS:
4 medium mangoes, peeled and cubed 1 cup passion fruit pulp 1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or more to taste 1-1/2 cups plain yogurt



1 In a food processor or blender, puree the mango, then strain through a sieve. Add the remaining ingredients. Pour the mixture into a shallow square 9-inch baking pan. Cover with foil or plastic wrap. Freeze until solid (1 to 2 hours). Break the frozen mixture into pieces. Puree until soft but not completely melted. Repeat the freezing processing once or twice more. Serve or return to the freezer for later use.
