| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 4 (1-inch-thick) center-cut pork chops | 1/2 cup soy sauce | 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar |
| 1/4 cup sherry | 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon | 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt |
| dash of ground ginger | ||
| 1 | Trim excess fat from pork chops, and place chops in a large shallow container. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well; pour over chops. Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 8 hours, turning frequently. |
| 2 | Remove chops from marinade, reserving marinade. Grill chops over medium coals 15 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Baste frequently with marinade. |
