| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2 cloves garlic, crushed | 2 teaspoons butter or margarine, melted | 1 cup catsup |
| 3/4 cup chili sauce | 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar | 1 tablespoon celery seeds |
| 1 tablespoon prepared mustard | 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce | 2 dashes of hot sauce |
| 1/2 teaspoon salt | 2 (2-1/2 to 3-pound) broiler-fryers, quartered | |
| 1 | Saute garlic in melted butter in a small saucepan until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients except chicken; bring to a boil. Remove barbecue sauce from heat, and set aside. |
| 2 | Grill chicken, skin side up, over medium coals 15 minutes. Baste with reserved barbecue sauce. Grill an additional 40 minutes or until done. Baste every 10 minutes with remaining sauce. |
