INGREDIENTS:
1-1/2 pounds green beans, cleaned and cut into 2-inch pieces 6 garlic cloves, peeled 3 sweet chili peppers, seeded
1/4 cup white vinegar 3/4 cup olive oil 1 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup chopped black olives for garnish



1 Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes. Drain and cool. In a mortar, crush the garlic and sweet chili peppers. Transfer them to a bowl and add the vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper. Toss the beans with the dressing. Garnish with the olives.
