Skewered Chicken (Dak Sanjuk)

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 pound of chicken breasts 4 scallions 1 small carrot
1 clove garlic 1 tablespoon sesame seeds 1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon sherry 1 teaspoon salt dash black pepper



1 Bone the chicken breasts and slice across the grain into 3-inch lengths. Cut the scallions into 3-inch lengths, discarding the green ends. Slice or quarter the carrot into 3-inch lengths.
2 Crush the garlic and combine with the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Add the chicken, carrot and scallions and mix well until all sides of the chicken are coated.
3 Arrange on skewers and grill.
