| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1/2 pound of chicken breasts | 4 scallions | 1 small carrot |
| 1 clove garlic | 1 tablespoon sesame seeds | 1 tablespoon sesame oil |
| 1 tablespoon sherry | 1 teaspoon salt | dash black pepper |
| 1 | Bone the chicken breasts and slice across the grain into 3-inch lengths. Cut the scallions into 3-inch lengths, discarding the green ends. Slice or quarter the carrot into 3-inch lengths. |
| 2 | Crush the garlic and combine with the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Add the chicken, carrot and scallions and mix well until all sides of the chicken are coated. |
| 3 | Arrange on skewers and grill. |
