| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 package Suddenly Salad, classic pasta salad mix | 1 tablespoon vegetable oil | 1/2 pound fully cooked Polish sausage, cut into 1/4-inch slices |
| 1 cup sliced mushrooms (3 ounces) | 1/2 medium bell pepper, cut into short thin strips | 3 tablespoons hot water |
| 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 ounces) | ||
| 1 | Cook pasta and vegetables as directed on package; drain but do not rinse. |
| 2 | Meanwhile, heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Cook sausage, mushrooms and bell pepper in oil about 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until bell pepper is crisp-tender. |
| 3 | Mix Seasoning Mix and hot water in large bowl until well blended. Stir in Pasta and Vegetables and sausage mixture. Toss with mozzarella cheese and Parmesan Topping. Serve immediately. |
