| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 lb. dried Navy Beans | 6 C water | 1-1/2 tsp dry mustard |
| 1/4 tsp pepper | 1 Tbsp salt | 1 large onion, chopped |
| 1/4 C brown sugar, packed | 1/4 C molasses | 1/2 C ketchup |
| 3 Tbsp salt pork, diced | ||
| 1 | Sort beans and wash. Place all ingredients in crock pot; mix thoroughly. Set temperature at 300 degrees and cook, 10-12 hours. Stir occasionally. |
