| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1/4 pound fresh semi-hot green chili | 1/2 teaspoon salt | 2 tablespoons flour |
| 1 teaspoon Korean sesame oil | 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds | |
| 1 | Toss the chili, salt and flour together. Put them on a heatproof dish and steam in a Chinese-style steamer for about 20 minutes, or until quite tender. |
