Steamed Chili with Sesame (Gochu Muchim)

INGREDIENTS:
1/4 pound fresh semi-hot green chili 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon Korean sesame oil 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds



1 Toss the chili, salt and flour together. Put them on a heatproof dish and steam in a Chinese-style steamer for about 20 minutes, or until quite tender.
2 Cool the chili, then toss with the sesame oil and seeds.
3 Serve at room temperature as a side dish with other Korean food.
