INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup of flour 1 egg 1 Tbs. water



1 Put the flour on a board and make a well in the center. Put the egg and water into the well. Slowly mix the flour into the egg. Leave for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough. Cut it into strips, then stack these and cut them into fine ribbons. Shake out the noodles and leave dry for a few minutes. Cook in broth or water.
