Dilly Cheese Muffins

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups all-purpose flour 1 tablespoon sugar 1 tablespoon baking powder
2 teaspoons dried dill weed 1 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1 cup creamed small curd cottage cheese 3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted 1 egg, beaten



1 Preheat oven to 400 F. Grease or paper-line 12 (2-1/2 inch) muffin cups. In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, dill weed, onion powder, salt and pepper. In small bowl, combine cottage cheese, milk, butter and egg until blended. Stir into flour mixture just until moistened. Spoon into muffin cups. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden and wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from pan.
