INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup chilled freshly brewed double-strength coffee, any variety 1/2 cup cold milk 1 package (4-serving size) vanilla or chocolate flavor instant pudding and pie filling
1 tub (8 ounces) whipped topping, thawed



1 Pour coffee and milk into medium bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire shisk 1 minute. Immediately stir in whipped topping. Spread on cupcakes.
