Honey Chicken Wings

INGREDIENTS:
2 pounds chicken wings, disjointed and tips discarded freshly ground pepper 1 cup honey
1/2 cup soy sauce 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 2 tablespoons ketchup
1 garlic clove, crushed



1 Preheat oven to 350 F. Season chicken liberally with pepper. Place wings in a large baking dish.
2 In a small bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, oil, ketchup, and garlic until well blended. Pour over chicken. Bake for 45 minutes, until chicken is well done and sauce is thick.
