INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. pig's liver 1 lb. onions 1 lb. potatoes
pepper and salt to taste



1 Cut liver in small pieces, slice onions and prepare potatoes. Allow the liver and onions to simmer in three pints of water for 1-1/2 to 2 hours. Add potatoes, simmer for another half-hour, season with salt and pepper. Strain and serve very hot.
