| 1 lb. pig's liver | 1 lb. onions | 1 lb. potatoes |
| pepper and salt to taste | ||
| 1 | Cut liver in small pieces, slice onions and prepare potatoes. Allow the liver and onions to simmer in three pints of water for 1-1/2 to 2 hours. Add potatoes, simmer for another half-hour, season with salt and pepper. Strain and serve very hot. |
