| 5 Tbps. oil | 2 Tbps. pimientos, diced | 1 jalapeno chile, diced |
| 2 cup cheddar cheese | 1/4 tsp. pepper | 1/4 tsp. salt |
| 1/2 tsp. paprika | chives to garnish | |
| 1 | Heat oil and saute pimentos and chile. Add cheese and melt. Stir in seasonings, blend well. Place in a dip bowl and whip to a creamy texture. Serve with any chips or raw vegetables! |
