Bean Dip with Cheese

INGREDIENTS:
1 Tbsp. salad oil 2 Tbsp. diced onion 15-oz can refried beans + small amount of water
salt to taste 1/2 cup shredded cheese



1 In a saucepan, heat oil, saute onions. Add beans and a little water. Mix and mash beans. Add salt to taste. When beans come to a bubbly boil, remove from heat and place in dip bowl. Sprinkle cheese and blend into hot beans so cheese melts completely.
