| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 Tbsp. salad oil | 2 Tbsp. diced onion | 15-oz can refried beans + small amount of water |
| salt to taste | 1/2 cup shredded cheese | |
| 1 | In a saucepan, heat oil, saute onions. Add beans and a little water. Mix and mash beans. Add salt to taste. When beans come to a bubbly boil, remove from heat and place in dip bowl. Sprinkle cheese and blend into hot beans so cheese melts completely. |
