Disjoint the chicken, melt the butter in a heavy pan, and add chicken. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika and let brown slowly, tightly covered. When chicken is browned and cooked through, arrange the pieces in a greased ovenproof dish. In the juice that is left in the pan, mix 2 cups grated cheese, let it melt, add wine, mustard, and the cream. Let it come to a boil, stirring all the time. Taste for salt. Pour this over the chicken, sprinkle with the bread crumbs and grated cheese. Put in a hot oven for 10 minutes to brown. |
