| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2 pounds prunes | 1 pound white raisins | 2 cups white wine |
| 1 pound turkey giblets | salt | 1 tablespoon margarine |
| 1 onion, grated | pepper | 2 cups fresh bread cut in cubes |
| 1/2 cup milk | ||
| 1 | Cook prunes and raisins until tender in wine and enough water to cover. Cook giblets until gender in a little salted water, cut in small pieces, and fry in a refogado of margarine, onion, salt, and pepper. Soak bread cubes in milk, then press through a sieve and add to the refogado. Finally mix in the fruit and juice, If necessary thicken with a little flour to make a farily thick sauce. |
