| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 lb. cold cooked potatoes | 3 tablespoonfuls flour | 2 tablespoonfuls brown sugar |
| 1 teaspoonful baking-powder | 1/4 teaspoonful cinnamon | milk to mix to a fairly stiff consistency |
| 1 | Put mixture into a greased tin, and put in a fairly hot oven to start with, then lower the temperature, and leave the cake to bake for two hours. |
