| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 lb. boiled potatoes | 4 ozs. flour and 1 teaspoonful baking-powder | 1 egg |
| 1 oz. butter or margarine | 1 tablespoonful sugar | pinch of salt |
| 1 | Melt the butter and mix in all ingredients. Roll out about one-inch thick. Bake either on a girdle or in a hot oven for 20 minutes. |
