| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2 tablespoons butter | 3 tablespoons flour | 1 cup cream |
| 2 eggs | salt | pepper |
| 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese | 1 tablespoon scraped onion | 6 green olives, finely chopped |
| 2 cups ground roasted veal or cooked ham, or finely cut up cooked chicken | garlic powder (optional) | |
| 1 | Melt the butter in a double boiler, mix in flour, slowly add cream, and cook until thick. Beat eggs, add a little of the cream mixture and mix well, put back into the double boiler, and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add salt and pepper to taste, cheese, onion, and chopped olives. Stir in cooked meat. Add a little garlic powder if you wish. Cool. |
