Using a serrated knife, cut away the peel and the white parts from the grapefruit and oranges. Carefully cut inside the skin of each segment to remove each section of flesh. |

Squeeze the membrances over a bowl to extract all the juice. Sweeten the juice with the liquid sweetener, if required. |

Arrange the orange and grapefruit segments altenately on 4 individual serving dishes. |

Using a sharp knife, chop 4 sprigs of the mint very finely. Stir the chopped mint into the fruit juice. |

Carefully spoon the juice over the arranged fruit segments and chill thoroughly. Garnish with a sprig of mint before serving.
