| 2 pounds pork loin | Marinade: 1 cup water | 1/3 cup soy sauce |
| 1/3 cup brown sugar | 2 tablespoons white wine | 1/2 teaspoon salt |

| 1 | Marinate the whole pork loin for 30 minutes or more in a large pot. Cover the pot and bring the mixture to a boil. Lower heat and simmer until meat is tender (about 30 minutes). Serve hot with the marinade. |
