INGREDIENTS:
2 cups raw white rice 4 cups water dash of salt



1 In a heavy saucepan, wash rice two or three times and drain. Add water and salt. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 15 minutes or until rice is cooked.
2 When using a rice cooker follow manufacturer's directions for timing.
