Zucchini with Fresh Rosemary

INGREDIENTS:
1 clove garlic, sliced thin 2 tablespoons olive oil 4 zucchini, sliced
1 teasspoon fresh rosemary or 1/2 teaspoon dried whole rosemary salt and pepper to taste



1 Saute the garlic in oil, and add the zucchini. Shake the pan to coat the squash with the oil. Add the rosemary, salt, and pepper. Cover, and simmer gently until barely tender, about 6 minutes.
