INGREDIENTS:
2 cups all-purpose flour 3 tablespoons brown sugar 1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt 1 egg 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 cup milk 1 cup fresh blueberries 2 tablespoons granulated sugar



1 Preheat oven to 425 F. Grease 12 (2-1/2 inch) muffing cups. In large bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder and salt. In small bowl, combine egg, butter and milk until blended. Add to flour mixture, stirring just until moistened. Fold in blueberries. Spoon into muffin cups. Sprinkle granulated sugar over tops. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from pan. Serve warm.
